Orders are processed in 1-2 days and delivered within 5-10 days.

Tracking your order is simple:

1. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page.

2. Click on the link or visit the carrier’s website, then enter your tracking number to view the delivery status.

3. You can also track your order on our website, go to the “Track order” section, and paste your tracking information there.

If you have any issues or need further assistance, feel free to contact our customer support team.

If the product arrives damaged or in poor condition, or if you wish to make a return, you have 30 days to process it. Transportation costs and shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
